We proudly announce our participation in the BRISWA 2.0 Project (KA220-HED-57DAE8A7 – 000154019). The BRISWA 2.0 project aims to answer the question: Is it possible to teach about racism in higher education from a systemic perspective? The partnership believes that the answer is affirmative by using a systemic approach to understand racism, by developing tools that will allow students to experiment freely with the knowledge and finally by providing them a training forum where they can test their knowledge in a simulation pilot training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To achieve the objectives of the project, several activities have been envisaged, which include:
– Studying socio-policy elements of racism, past policy efforts to combat it and identifying the educational needs of universities on the subject
– Developing the material of the BRISWA 2.0 course
– Teaching the course at different universities around Europe
– Disseminating the project and developing an anti-racism campaign that will run for the entire project<\/p>\n\n\n\n
